retro atomic lamp shade style
large atomic 2-tier lamp shade:
- 15″ diameter
- color: caramel (deep hue)
- pattern: black combo arcs
This lampshade style is ideal for mid-century, vintage modern, and retro lamp bases, but it will work with many other lamp base styles, as well. This shade does have a bit of Jetsons swagger, so it might not be perfectly suited for Aunt Petunia’s frilly Victorian lamp.
atomic 3-tier lampshade
- main tier: sand
- top + bottom tiers: desert rose
- pattern: black and white webs

retro reverse atomic 2-tier lampshade
- main tier: red
- bottom tier: tangerine
- material: hand-stained fiberglass parchment.
“Eames-era” is a common shorthand synonym on ebay and elsewhere for midcentury-modern design of the post-war era. It refers to Charles and Ray Eames, pre-eminent post-war American industrial and information designers. The Eames are well-known for many of their furniture designs in plywood and molded fiberglass (eg the famous “Eames chair”), but they rarely if ever worked with lighting. As far as we know, the Eames never did lighting product design using fiberglass parchment, not were they involved in atomic research or production (as far as we know…).

Could you please provide me with the price and dimensions of this retro two tier red/orange lampshade?
ThanksThe XL reverse atomic 2-tier shade is 18″ diameter. The height is 10″ by default, but that can be adjusted for your application. You can configure the shade in any color combination you want.
